Need a good salsa? This is our favorite! Make it anytime of year with canned tomatoes and a few other grocery store items.

Ingredients
1- 14ozcan diced tomatoes
1- 10ozcan original Rotel
½small red onionroughly chopped
1clovepeeled garlic
1tsp.honey
½tsp.salt
¼tsp.ground cumin
small to medium size handful of cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1-2tspbalsamic vinegar
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor or good blender and pulse to combine for 30 seconds or until all the ingredients are finely chopped and salsa is desired consistency.
Taste for seasoning and adjust to taste. Add more salt and/or balsamic vinegar if needed. Serve with chips/tacos.
Notes
To increase the heat - add 1/2 - 1 jalepeno, seeded or not
