Ingredients
1-2boneless chicken breasts
1package dry Italian dressing mix or 1 c Italian dressing
2cans cream of chicken soup
¼cupbutter
8ozcream cheese
1cupwater
White ricecooked
Instructions
Spray crockpot and add chicken into the crockpot with butter.
Mix cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix and 1 cup water; pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
An hour before serving add thawed cream cheese (cut in pieces).
Shred the chicken. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
Notes
For Hawaiian Haystacks – add lots of toppings such as bell pepper, pineapple, Chinese noodles, peas, tomatoes, olives, etc.
