Return Policy for Physical Items:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at A Purposeful Home. If you have a problem with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for return:
- The item must be in original condition, unused.
- Proof of purchase (order info) is required.
- Customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content and the ease of duplication, we do not offer returns or refunds for any of our digital products, including downloadable content and online courses.
